When upcycling vintage fabrics that don’t have any composition labels and washing instructions. I can only rely on my experience and expertise to identify them. Also it is important to know that the fabrics used to create this bag are vintage materials that have existed for many years. A lot of them are also embroiled by hand and not machines so they may have slight imperfections. Telling tales of their past.

With these vintage fabrics I can not exactly tell when and where they are from but my experience let me categorize them roughly.
This fabric was probably made in eastern Germany in the late sixties maybe late seventies. The colors, textures and materials let me to come to this conclusion.
