Shipments and returns
Online shopping is a great invention and helps millions of people around the world.
People who lack the ability (for whatever reason) to simply go out and buy things on their own gain a certain amount of independence and flexibility by being able to shop online. We are able to excess products that would not normally be within our reach and it simply saves us a lot of time. However please also keep in mind that the increased amount of shipping has an effect on our environment. That’s why we chose DHL/Deutsche Post GO GREEN as our shipping partner to pay our share in this complex situation.
Packages are generally dispatched within 3 (working) days after receipt of payment and are shipped via DHL/Deutsche Post with tracking.
If you prefer delivery by DHL EXPRESS, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Everything we do within November Boutique we do with great love and care. Your orders are beautifully rapped and presented. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
As a small label it is not within our finance recourse to cover your retour. We ask you for your understanding.
