Juniper Stick by FIBER&HEART® is a smudge stick harvested from private land only once a year, a great scent for space purification and protection.

Light the end of the stick. Blow out quickly if it catches fire. The tips should smolder slowly, releasing thick smoke. Circle the smoking juniper around your body, the room or an object. Allow the incense to linger on these areas you’d like it to focus on. Be careful with falling ashes, you might collect them in some kind of bowl.

The incense bundles were lovingly tied by hand with local herbs and flowers from organic cultivation.

Each bundle is unique, approx. 20 cm long and consists of lavender, rosemary, wild carrot, yarrow, comfrey, chamomile, echinacea, rose.

These incense bundles are helpful for meditation and relaxation, for ritual work and are suitable for clearing the aura.

They spread a sensual spicy scent.
