Hip bag .

I would like to start by talking about this unique fabric.

This amazing fabric is a piece of art created by a wonderful hill tribe in the province of Nghệ An, north of Vietnam on the boarder to Laos.

I roughly divide my hip bags into three size categories.

This corresponds to an L

Boho kilim hip bag

Exactly how old this special kilim fabric is can hardly be estimated, but it most likely dates from the 1970s.

Each bag is then individually cut and processed.

In this particular case, a hip bag.

- high-quality inner lining, beige cashmere/wool mix

- Decorated with hand made tassels with gold  beads

This bag was upcycled from an original old Barbour jacket. The waxed fabric is water repellent.

The lining is the traditional Barbour check lining.

This bag has inside one big and two small compartments.

The 4cm wide strap is adjustable and adjustable to all sizes.
